On Saturday, August 8, the International Cottages will host their first-ever Global Artistry “Culture & Colors” Art Show in Balboa Park! Please see the attached flyer for details.

Featuring artists from 20 of the cottages, the exhibit will showcase artwork that reflects each country's culture or heritage. Many of the pieces will also be available for purchase.

The House of England is proud to have two artists participating. One will exhibit photographs of the English coast and countryside, while the other will showcase hand-woven textiles created in the English tradition using materials sourced from England.

The daytime exhibit runs from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. and is free, family-friendly, and open to everyone.

The exhibit will close from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. before reopening at 6:00 p.m. for a ticketed, adults-only (21+) evening event featuring wine and hors d’oeuvres.
